The housing manager helps with renovation issues

Contact the housing manager if you wish your flat to be repainted or wallpapered. His job is to find out whether the residents can do the work themselves or if the housing association does it.
Before beginning such renovation, the housing manager and the resident will check the place that needs painting or wallpapering. While there, the housing manager can provide guidance on how to do the work neatly. A good outcome is important because otherwise the resident could be liable for paying compensation when moving out of the flat.
The resident also has the possibility of acquiring supplies at the housing association's expense.

Contact your housing manager for more information.
