The housing manager helps with renovation issues

While there, the housing manager can provide guidance on how to do the work neatly. A good outcome is important because otherwise the resident could be liable for paying compensation when moving out of the flat.
The resident also has the possibility of acquiring supplies at the housing association's expense.
